Shortcode generator is a premium feature to generate shortcode for the Talkino widget. The purpose of the Talkino shortcode is for displaying the support agent widget in any part of the WordPress or WooCoomerce site to allow your clients to reach your agents easily.
The shortcode can be created manually using its attributes or using the shortcode generator. Its attributes include agent_id, channel, bg_color, title_color and subtitle_color.
- agent_id – The id of the agent.
- channel– The chat channels of the agent.
- bg_color – The widget background color.
- title_color – The widget title color.
- subtitle_color– The widget subtitle color.
How to generate Talkino shortcode using shortcode generator?
1. Go To WordPress Admin > Talkino > Shortcode Generator.
2. Select the agent name, chat channel, widget background color, widget title color and widget subtitle color.
3. Click ‘Generate Shortcode’ button and the shortcode will be generated.
4. You can copy the shortcode by clicking the ‘Copy Shortcode’ button.
