How about the payment?

The software or web development payment needs to be paid in full and in advance. However, we also accept deposit payment and pay by phases if there is such a request from customers.

Currently, we are using Stripe which is the top payment gateway in the world to support you to make payment directly on the invoice sent from Traxconn via Stripe. You will receive the invoice if you have accepted the quotation that we offer to you based on your requirements of the project. Besides, bank transfer payment is supported too.

Do you provide support services after the website is complete?

Yes, we are always happy to provide technical support and service for the website we have developed. Additionally, we can assist with further development if you need to implement new features or integrate third-party services.

What happens if I do not renew my subscription?

Our plugins are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year. If you decide to cancel, you may still use the plugin but you will not receive updates or support once the subscription expires.

How can I cancel my recurring payment?

If your subscription is active, you can get updates and support. But if you want to cancel your recurring payment, please access your account on our website. Then click “Subscription” button and click “Cancel subscription” button.

Can I request a refund?
