Plugin support is available as long as the subscription of Talkino Premium is active.
We support PayPal payment gateways for your purchase.
Absolutely not. Talkino Premium plugin will work as expected whether you have your subscription activated or not.
Talkino Premium plugin is subscription-based and will automatically renew every year. If you decide to cancel, you may still use the plugin but you will not receive updates or support once the subscription expires.
If your subscription is active, you can get updates and support. But if you want to cancel your recurring payment, please access your account on our website. Then click “Subscription” button and click “Cancel subscription” button.
You can request a refund via support ticket within 14 days of purchasing the Talkino Premium if you face an issue that we cannot solve. The refund requires 3 to 7 working days depends on the payment gateway process.
