1. Introduction
Welcome to Traxconn Technology! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website design, digital marketing, custom WordPress plugin development services, as well as the sale and use of our standard WordPress plugins. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Website Design, Digital Marketing, and Custom WordPress Plugin Development
2.1 Services Provided: Traxconn Technology offers website design, digital marketing, and custom WordPress plugin development services to clients.
2.2 Payment: Payment for these services is processed securely through the Stripe payment gateway. All payments are non-refundable.
2.3 Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed during the provision of these services shall remain the property of Traxconn Technology until full payment has been received.
3. Standard WordPress Plugins
3.1 Plugin Sale: Traxconn Technology sells standard WordPress plugins to users.
3.2 Refund Policy: If you face issue(s) with our standard WordPress plugin and we cannot solve the issue(s) for you, you are entitled for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refund requests are to be sent through our contact page. No refunds are provided after 14 days of your date of purchase.
Refund Exceptions
• No refunds are provided for license subscription renewals. You can disable the automatic renewal anytime, as late as the day before the renewal is due, from your reserved area in My Account > Subscriptions.
• No second refunds are provided if you have already received a refund for the same plugin once before.
3.3 Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal: Traxconn standard WordPress plugins come with a yearly license that renews automatically every year. The subscription will automatically renew on the next term, but if you want to, you can disable the automatic renewal at any time after the purchase right from My Account page, so you will not be charged next year.
Please, note the following details regarding our standard WordPress plugins license subscriptions:
• Product subscription renewals are automatically processed annually on the same date of your first purchase. The license renewal will continue and remain valid for each one (1) year unless the subscription is cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page on Traxconn website. If you choose to cancel your subscription, starting from the moment your license expires you will no longer receive updates nor support for the product purchased.
• The renewal price will be the full plugin price as published at the time of your first purchase, exclusive of any discounts.
We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email 1 month prior to the renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, your license will expire exactly on the same day and month of the original purchase, and you will no longer receive updates nor support for the Traxconn standard WordPress plugins you have purchased.
You may not provide direct, or indirect access to our content or downloads, resell, share, or publish Traxconn subscription credentials or access; Nor are you allowed to make Traxconn plugins available for public download in ways that violate the Terms of the GPL 2.0 license. Do not infringe any intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights).
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel your subscription and revoke membership access for any reason we deem appropriate.
3.4 Payment: Payment for standard WordPress plugins is processed securely through the PayPal payment gateway.
4. General Terms
4.1 Accuracy of Information: Traxconn Technology strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our website or in our services.
4.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Traxconn Technology be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
4.3 Modification of Terms: Traxconn Technology reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
4.4 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
