Terms of service

1. Using this website

These terms explain how to use the Traxconn Technology website and how we handle enquiries about development services. The proposal or agreement for your project confirms its services and commitments.

Please use the website and forms for genuine enquiries. Do not send spam, disrupt the website, or try to access information without permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through the website.

2. Our services

We plan, design, and build the following around your business needs:

  • Business Websites to present your business, services and contact information.
  • eCommerce Websites with product, order and customer management and agreed payment or delivery integrations.
  • Customization Websites and web applications for workflows, user roles, reporting and connections to other systems.
  • Mobile Apps for iOS and Android, including connections to websites or existing business systems where required.

3. Quote requests and project requirements

The Request a Quote form asks for contact details, your chosen service, and project requirements. Optional questions help us understand budget, timing, and service-specific needs. You can also discuss a project through the Contact form.

Sending a form starts an enquiry. It does not confirm an order, final price, or development schedule. Budget ranges are estimates in Malaysian ringgit and do not commit you to a price.

4. Proposals, scope and changes

Before confirming a project, review its proposed features, deliverables, connections to other systems, and responsibilities. The proposal or project agreement records what is included.

Changes to requirements, content, design, or system connections may affect the work, price, and delivery date. Please discuss changes with us so we can agree on the revised scope, cost, and timing before extra work starts.

5. Pricing and payments

The price depends on the features needed and how complex the project is. Your quote confirms the price and payment arrangements, including any upfront payment, deposit, or agreed stage payments.

As our FAQs explain, projects are usually paid before work starts. Deposits or stage payments can be agreed. After accepting a quote, you may receive an invoice to pay through Stripe. Bank transfers are also supported. These payments are arranged for your project; this website has no checkout.

Confirm any project-specific payment terms or other business conditions with your quote.

6. Timelines, reviews and approvals

Timing depends on the agreed scope, complexity, available content, feedback, and any external systems involved. Timelines on service pages are a guide, rather than a confirmed date for every project.

Please provide accurate requirements, necessary access, content, and approvals within the agreed time. Review the work and let us know about issues or changes promptly so we can discuss any effect on the schedule.

7. Client-supplied materials

Please make sure you have the rights and permissions for any text, images, logos, trademarks, data, or other materials you ask us to use. Provide accurate content and share only information you are authorised to provide.

If you need content writing or royalty-free images, confirm that they are included in the project. Discuss arrangements for sensitive information or access to client systems before sharing that information.

8. Intellectual property and handover

The project agreement should state ownership, usage rights, and how source code, design files, or other project materials will be handed over.

Client-supplied materials and third-party software, images or other components remain subject to the rights and permissions that apply to them. Confirm any requirements for reuse or handover when planning the project.

9. Domains, hosting, business email and integrations

Our website service pages describe domain names, hosting, business email, and annual renewal options. Confirm what your quote includes, any ongoing charges, and how renewals will work.

Projects can connect to payment gateways, email services, APIs, and other external systems where agreed. These providers have their own terms, technical requirements, and service availability. Their changes or outages may affect a connection or its timing. Any extra work should be discussed with us.

10. Maintenance and support

Business Websites include free maintenance for the first year. Customization Websites include one year of maintenance, with optional paid maintenance after that. Confirm which maintenance tasks your project covers.

Support is available for websites and apps built by our team. For eCommerce Websites, Mobile Apps, ongoing development, extra features, and later maintenance, confirm the scope, duration, and cost with us. This page does not promise a specific response time or round-the-clock support.

11. Showcase and examples

The showcase presents website and mobile app design concepts as screenshots for inspiration. Booking, shopping cart, checkout, and account screens in these concepts are examples, rather than live services on this website.

Example designs, content, and features show what is possible. Your project’s design and functionality depend on the scope we agree with you.

12. Availability and responsibility

Maintenance, technical problems, or external providers can affect access to the website and connected services. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every example will suit every business or technical setup.

Please contact us about project issues so we can review them against the agreed requirements and responsibilities. Any limits on responsibility must follow the project agreement and applicable law. This page does not limit any rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update this page when the website or services change. Please check the current terms when making an enquiry. An update to this page does not by itself change an existing project agreement.

14. Contact us
